All beauty products need to be used by a certain time period after opening. This is known as product self life. It depends on the specific product and how it is stored. Generally, most products have a shelf life of 1-2 years.

Do you offer free shipping? 

We offer free delivery on all orders over £45.

For orders under £40, we charge a flat rate of £3.95 for delivery.

We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days.

Next-Day delivery is £5.95. We offer next-day delivery on all orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday. Please note that orders placed after 3 pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Please note that we are unable to offer next-day delivery to certain remote locations. If you are unsure if your delivery address is eligible for next-day delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

For orders over £80, shipping is free.

For International orders, less than £80 shipping rates vary by the final destination and will determine at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

The delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method you choose. If you choose standard shipping, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days. If you choose expedited shipping, your order should arrive with 1-2 business days. 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Depending on the type of product you have ordered, you may also receive a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.

Do you offer Samples?

Yes, we do offer free samples only on foundation. Please contact us for more information.

I have recently purchase an item online now its for Sale?

You may be able to  return the item for a refund or exchange within the  timeframe of the sales period.

What if I did not received my delivery?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. However, we offer Route Shipping. Please contact the delivery company for an update on your parcel.

Do you test your cosmetics products on animals?

No, we do not test our cosmetics products on animals. We are committed to using only cruelty-free ingredients and materials in our products.

Is Tata beauty Vegan?

We are 100% vegan, cruelty free, Gluten free and Paraben Free, our products contains natural ingredients and are free from animal products. Please refer to the products ingredients.

Yes. our products are safe for pregnant women. We use only natural ingredients that are safe for pregnant women and we do not use any harsh chemical or fragrances. However we recommend to consult your physician first.

Some of our cosmetics products contain Talc. Talc is a naturally occurring mineral composed of magnesium, silicon, and oxygen. To ensure it meets our high quality standards. We use a combination of physical, chemical and mineralogical test to evaluate the quality of the talc.

We also use a variety of analytical techniques to ensure that the talc is free of contaminants. The Talc we used consistently reviewed by independent laboratories.
